Component Manufacturing

The processes we offer – bending, welding, casting, heat treatment, and plasma cutting amongst others – are broadly automated. This ensures high productivity and complete reliability. The wide range of processes also means we are equipped to design and produce a variety of components.

Tool Design

Spark has a state of the art, well equipped and established tool room for servicing the captive requirement. Products are essentially the outputs of ideas. Surface Treatment

With a massive capacity of processing over 5 million sq. ft. that is 6.5 million components every year, surface treatment is a key strength of Spark. The expertise is divided into plating and powder coating. While Nickel Chrome plating unit has an exhaustive set of 35 baths, powder coating follows the standard 14 tank process. The processes are automated. Every parameter of the baths like chemical composition, temperature, current and spray speed – is precisely controlled to get the right thickness and the prefect shine.

Standard room

Spark companies have invested in setting up all the required equipment such as CMM machine, Hardness tester, surface roughness tester, etc. to check the component samples while in the development stage and also for periodical checking of on the line components and fixtures or gauges. This helps the group to take timely decisions while dealing with deviations.
